We engage in advocacy at the state level and collaborate with partners to provide technical assistance and training.

The President serves as the chief executive officer of Georgia ACT, providing strategic leadership, administration and management of the association. The position reports to the board of directors under the ongoing supervision of the board chair. This position requires a high level of professionalism and accountability to improve the environment in which nonprofit housing and community development organizations operate to enable them to more effectively meet the needs of lower income Georgia citizens.

The President/CEO must have a proven track record of successfully working in housing, real estate development, community development, nonprofit or trade association management, or related field. Candidates must also have demonstrated experience working collaboratively with diverse partners and funders, including nonprofit, corporate, private, governmental and quasi-governmental agencies.
