The State of Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) is currently preparing its Federal Fiscal Year 2016 Annual Action Plan Goals and Method of Distribution that details how the State proposes to use the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG) and the Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA) Programs. Each program includes the other program specific requirements such as the proposed methods of funding distribution and the program priorities for funding.
